Circles Coach – Circles Salt Lake (2 Positions)

About the Role:

Location: Salt Lake County Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually + benefits
Reports To: Program Manager

Circles Coaches support participants in achieving economic stability by providing encouragement, accountability, and access to community-based resources. This role involves weekly evening gatherings, goal-setting with participants, and collaboration with volunteers and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with individuals and families to set and reach goals
  • Facilitate or attend weekly Circles gatherings (evenings)
  • Track participant progress and maintain accurate data
  • Collaborate with volunteers and community partners
  • Support participant engagement and ongoing retention
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in coaching, education, or social services
  • Strong relational and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with barriers related to poverty, housing, or workforce
  • A collaborative, flexible approach to work
  • Evening availability required 1–2 nights per week, generally 5:00–8:00 p.m. (schedule set in advance)
