  • Programming Supplies

    Ongoing

    We are always in need of supplies that make our weekly meetings function. Some of the supplies on our list are gifts that we provide to our community for special occasions. Your contribution will be much appreciated!

  • Employers & Educational Liasons

    Ongoing

    Part of the Circles Model is our Resource Teams. Specifically, we are looking for individuals to be on our Jobs and Education Team. The time commitment is generally around 2-4 hours a month. We are looking for individuals who can help our community do mock interviews, fix resumes, provide knowledge on stable employment opportunities, provide knowledge on higher education opportunities, assist with filling out FAFSA, and make referrals into community training and placement programs.

  • Service Providers

    Ongoing

    Our community is in need of support from other service providers. We are constantly learning about resources in our community and connecting our Circle Leaders to them. If you work for a local nonprofit or organization that provides services to individuals, we would love to learn more!

  • Recruitment Team Members

    Ongoing

    We are always needing to recruit more people to join our community. The recruitment team helps us distribute our materials to gain visibility as well as network with individuals in Salt Lake County. Recruitment Team members help us recruit partner agencies, Circle Leaders, Allies, and Volunteers. The time commitment can vary depending on your availability.

  • Policy Makers and Community Champions

    Ongoing

    Part of the Circles Model is our Big View. Big View looks at systemic barriers that our Circle Leaders experience and helps bring about change. Recently, we planned, organized, and executed a panel discussion on the Benefit Cliffs. This year, we are looking at Housing. If you have knowledge about Housing, we would love to have you be a part of our community. Knowledge could range from landlord, tenant, government and/or developer perspective.

  • Allies

    Ongoing

    Crucial to the success of our Circle Leaders are their intentional friends which we call Allies. We are always looking for Allies. Please read more about this opportunity on our dedicated Become an Ally page.
